Welcome to Parkway 103. Our neighborhood has great schools and access to many shopping, dining, recreation, and entertainment choices. Parkway 103 continues to be a success through the volunteer efforts of our homeowners.  As an owner/resident of Parkway 103 you have the opportunity to serve the community as either a Board member or Committee Chair/member.  The Annual Meeting is held in February of each year.  At that time, residents can sign up for Committees (finance, pool, social, grounds, light bulb).
